Saffron Honey Granola

⅓ c coconut oil or grass fed butter
⅓ honey
1 large pinch Saffron
*combine in a small saucepan and heat just to melt.

3 ½ c oats
½ c buckwheat groats
1 c walnuts
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cardamom
½ tsp cinnamon

*Stir the dry ingredients together and add heated liquid. Toss everything well and place on a well greased sheet pan.
Bake on a greased sheet at 325F for 30 minutes without stirring. Cool in pan before storing in a sealed bag.
