Our goal is to help you feel relaxed and confident as you plan your time with us, so you can focus on enjoying a comfortable, thoughtfully cared for stay in Hershey. Your Stay & Sleeping Arrangements
What room types and bed sizes are available at the Inn on Church Road?
We offer five unique, luxury guest rooms designed for comfort and privacy. Our accommodations include plush King or Queen beds with premium linens.
Extra Guests: Our rooms are primarily designed for double occupancy (2 guests). For groups of three, please inquire about the Church Road Suite, which can accommodate a twin pullout (available for a small fee).
Amenities: Every room includes a private ensuite bathroom, with large walk-in showers; some bathrooms have deep soaking tubs. All rooms have high-speed WiFi and individual climate control. In keeping with our peaceful atmosphere, the inn does not have TVs, allowing guests to truly relax and disconnect.
Children: While we welcome children, we are committed to maintaining a quiet, peaceful atmosphere for all our guests. Parents are responsible for discerning their children’s suitability for staying here at the inn. When visiting with children, at least one person over 18 must stay in the guest room.
Breakfast & Dining
What time is breakfast served, and what is on the menu?
We believe breakfast is the highlight of a B&B stay!
Timing: Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM in the dining room. Early-riser “to-go” options are available with 24-hour notice.
The Menu: Our chef-prepared breakfast features a rotating menu of local Central PA ingredients. Expect a two-course meal starting with fresh fruit and homemade yogurt, followed by a savory or sweet main dish (like our signature Sourdough Pancakes Pancakes or Farm-Fresh Frittatas).
Dining Style: We offer communal dining in our historic dining room. A great way to meet fellow travelers, but a private breakfast delivered to your room can be arranged upon request if you prefer a more intimate start to your day.
Dietary Needs: We happily accommodate Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Dairy-Free diets with 48 hours’ notice.
Happy Hour & Refreshments
Does the Inn offer a happy hour or complimentary beverages?
Yes! Guests are invited to our complimentary Happy Hour from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Friday and Saturday .
Additional Offerings: We serve a selection of complimentary local Pennsylvania wines, craft beers, and seasonal non-alcoholic refreshments as well as snacks (all this every day), and a house curated cocktail on Fridays and Saturdays served with local charcuterie.
The Guest Pantry: Our 24/7 guest pantry is stocked with coffee, tea, and light snacks for your convenience.
Accessibility & Comfort
Is the Inn on Church Road ADA accessible?
Due to the historic nature of our bed and breakfast, our guest rooms are located on the second and third floors and require stair access. We do not have an elevator. However, our common areas and gardens are located on the ground level and are easily accessible. Don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can help you choose the best room for your mobility needs.
Location & Hersheypark
How close is the Inn to Hersheypark and other attractions?
The Inn on Church Road is ideally situated for a quiet retreat just minutes from the action:
Hersheypark & Giant Center: Only a 5-7 minute drive (approx. 2.8 miles).
Downtown Hershey: Just 2 miles from Chocolate Avenue, The Hershey Story Museum, and local dining.
Parking: We offer free onsite parking (one vehicle per room), allowing you to avoid the high daily parking fees at large resorts. Many guests choose to leave their cars here and use a ride-share service (Uber/Lyft) for a hassle-free trip to the park.
