Culinary Retreats at the Inn
Three times a year, we open the kitchen for participatory cooking weekends with Chef Hannah. You work at the counter beside her rather than watching a demonstration, and groups stay small at 8 guests so there is time to ask questions and learn the technique. Each weekend pairs the classes with a stay in one of our 5 suites and a seasonal breakfast each morning. Booking through the links below covers both your suite and your seat in class.
Midnight Manor, an Elegant Halloween | October 30-31
Martinis, a Halloween charcuterie board, black deviled eggs, seared hanger steak, and coffee chocolate mousse. $350 per couple, 2-night minimum.
Spectacular Holiday Cookies | December 4-5
Dough making, 10-inch specialty cutters, royal icing, and a house-made hot chocolate bar. $350 per couple, 2-night minimum.
Around the World at Midnight | December 31 to January 2
Spanish tapas and a midnight toast, New Year’s brunch, Sushi 101, and French macarons. $600 per couple, 3-night minimum.
